Data Deletion Instructions
How to remove your data from SimplAds.ai, including data obtained from Meta, Google and TikTok.
Option 1 — Disconnect an ad platform
Sign in, open Settings → Connections, and click Disconnect next to Meta, Google Ads or TikTok. We immediately delete the stored access and refresh tokens for that account and stop syncing it. Campaign and metrics data previously imported from that account is deleted within 30 days.
Option 2 — Delete your whole account
Sign in, open Settings → Workspace → Delete account, and confirm. This removes your profile, workspace, connected accounts, campaigns, creative assets and credit history. Deletion completes within 30 days; we retain only records we are legally required to keep (for example invoices).
Option 3 — Email us
Send a request to admin@simplads.ai from the email address on your account with the subject "Data deletion request". We will confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.
Revoking access from the platform side
- Meta / Facebook:Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations → remove SimplAds.ai. If you remove the app from Facebook, Meta sends us a deletion callback and we delete the related data automatically.
- Google:myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps & services → remove SimplAds.ai.
- TikTok: Business Center → Settings → Authorized apps → revoke SimplAds.ai.
