Guardrails & Kill Switch

SimplAds' guardrails are enforced in code, not in a prompt. Budget changes are clamped to your floors and ceilings. All automation — scale rules, Autopilot, and approved AI proposals — draws from a single shared daily budget-increase allowance, so the caps cannot stack against you. Nothing automated ever resumes a paused campaign. And if you want everything to stand down, one workspace-level kill switch pauses all automation instantly while your reporting keeps flowing.

Process

How it works

Step-01

Caps live in code

Floors, ceilings, step limits, and the daily increase cap are enforced by the execution pipeline itself — no AI output can talk its way past them.

1
Step-02

One shared daily allowance

Scale rules, Autopilot, and approved proposals share a single daily budget-increase ledger per workspace. Combined, they can only add so much per day.

2
Step-03

Resuming is human-only

No rule, no Autopilot run, and no automated path can resume a paused campaign. If something is off, off is where it stays until a person acts.

3
Step-04

The kill switch

Flip one workspace-level switch and all automated execution stops. Your data, reporting, and manual controls keep working normally.

Use cases

1

Sleep through the night

The worst case for any single day of automation is bounded by caps you chose in advance — not by how an AI happened to feel about your account.

2

Big launch, manual control

Running a sensitive launch where you want every change to be yours? Hit the kill switch for the week. Reporting and Wanda's read-only analysis keep working.

3

Client-safe automation

Managing someone else's money? Set conservative caps and show them the audit trail. The guardrails are provable, not promised.
