Autopilot

Autopilot is a deterministic optimizer, not a black box. You set a ROAS or CPA target, a budget floor and ceiling, a maximum step size, and a daily total-increase cap. Each morning it evaluates your delivering campaigns against a week of real data, steps winners up and losers down within those caps, and pauses campaigns performing far below target. Run it in propose mode (it only suggests) or act mode (it executes within your guardrails). It never resumes a paused campaign, and every run is logged.

Process

How it works

Step-01

Set your targets and caps

Choose a target ROAS or CPA, a budget floor and ceiling per campaign, a maximum step percentage, and a daily total-increase cap for the whole workspace.

1
Step-02

Choose your autonomy level

Propose mode: Autopilot only creates proposals for you to approve. Act mode: in-cap budget steps execute automatically; anything outside the caps still becomes a proposal.

2
Step-03

Morning evaluation runs

Autopilot evaluates each delivering campaign against a week of data — with evidence floors, so no decision is made on thin data — and compares performance to your target.

3
Step-04

Guardrailed action, full log

Budget steps are clamped to your floor, ceiling, step size, and daily cap. Kill rules outrank Autopilot, it never resumes anything, and every run and decision is recorded.

Scenarios

Use cases

1

Weekend and holiday coverage

Autopilot keeps making its morning checks while you are offline, stepping budgets toward target within caps you already approved. No more Monday morning surprises from unmonitored weekend spend.

2

Hands-off with training wheels

Start in propose mode and review every suggestion. When you trust its judgment, switch to act mode — the same caps still bind every action, and the log shows exactly what it did and why.

3

Cutting losers before they compound

A campaign running far below your target gets paused automatically (with the reason recorded), instead of quietly burning budget for another week.
